This notice explains how personal data is processed on blog.teodoro.ch under Switzerland’s revised Data Protection Act (revFADP) and FDPIC guidance.

Technical server/CDN logs (e.g. connection data related to IP, user-agent, timestamp) for delivery, security, and abuse prevention.
Cookie consent state (stored locally) so analytics tags load only after approval.
After consent: pseudonymised usage statistics via Google Analytics 4 (page views, device/browser classes, approximate region — not intended to identify you personally).
Email/phone/WhatsApp contact: the data you voluntarily send me.
Optional Web Push: if you enable notifications, I store the browser push endpoint URL and keys (push subscription) to notify you about new posts. Permission is granted in the browser; you can unsubscribe via the button on the blog or browser settings.

Operating and securing the site (overriding interest / performance of requests).

Statistics only with consent (GA4).

No automated decision-making or profiling with legal effect.

Blog notifications only after you grant push permission in the browser.

Consent state: until you clear or withdraw it (browser/local storage).
GA4 data: typically auto-deleted after about 14 months per GA4 settings.
Security logs: usually rotated within about 12 months at the hosting/CDN provider.
Correspondence: as long as needed to handle the matter, then deleted unless legal duties require longer retention.
Push subscriptions: until you disable them or revoke browser permission; invalid endpoints are removed after failed deliveries.

Hosting/CDN delivering the website (providers may be outside Switzerland; suitable safeguards where applicable).
Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland/USA) only after consent; transfers based on consent and suitable safeguards (e.g. SCCs) where applicable. Ads features are not intended on this domain.
No Meta Pixel and no other marketing trackers on this domain.
No sale of personal data.
Push delivery via the relevant browser/push service (e.g. Google, Apple, or Mozilla, depending on device).

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and withdraw consent (for the future).
